Graduation Thesis Project
If you are looking for a multidisciplinary environment where you can explore how fundamental concepts meets application of biobased materials while developing your graduation thesis, Bio Solutions is your place.

Our goal is for you to develop skills that can help your future career while developing high-level research in biobased materials.
Therefore, we schedule an intake meeting to discuss your personal and professional goals, and then based on that, you will receive a list of projects that you can choose from. It is important for us that you enjoy the project you are developing, meaning that we are open to ideas and shared projects with other chair groups.

We supervise students from the Biotechnology, Molecular Life Sciences, and Biobased Sciences WUR programs.

Please contact joice.kaschuk@wur.nl

Note: We only accept external students if you are developing your graduation thesis project. Unfortunately, we do not accept an intership thesis.
PhD Candidates
We expect to announce a PhD position in the coming months. It will be posted here and at WUR vacancies page. Only applications made through the WUR website will be considered.

Note that there are minimum requirements requested by the Dutch Government to be able to accept these scholarship schemes. Please contact joice.kaschuk@wur.nl.
Post Doc
We do not have any expectation or opening for Post Doc positions in 2026. If this change, it will be anounced in the WUR website and here.
